We bought basic tickets and tried to pay for an upgrade. If we had simply paid for the premium seats from the get go it would have been $200.00 less. Also it is not possible to pay for an upgrade because we bought basic tickets !??? it is possible with your life with. Very poor.

We changed our flights home to California to fly Aeromexico recently and we will NEVER do that again. Let’s just say I am happy we made it home safely. We had a 1 stop flight and the MOST disturbing part of our flight was on both landings the pilots were going too fast at the landing and in order to slow down in time they made an abrasive mover of the plane which jolted everyone forward. I have NEVER experienced anything like this with Delta or Alaska. This was the WORST and most concerning part of both flights. I thought after our first flight it was an accident but a different pilot did the same thing coming into our home airport. Other issues that were frustrating but not life threatening was the lack of organization at boarding, the lack of service in first class and the extremely poor communication. We will NEVER fly Aeromexico again!

I was bumped from a flight in vancouver and they didnt follow the regulations as set by the Canadian transport agency. 1. They didnt ask for volunteers. 2. They didnt rebook me on another airline even though the next flight was more than 9 hours away (i was booked on the next Aeromexico flight and it was 16 hours away!). 3. Their meal vouchers were not widely accepted by the restaurants in the airport (which speaks volumes). 4. They offered me a voucher rather than immediate cash compensation as mandated by the Canadian transport agency. I dont know if the voucher is just an empty promise and wont be honoured in the end. If you go online, you will realise there are lots of such examples on the internet. This airline is fundamentally dishonest and uncaring. We should band together and not support such a company.

Scammed me out of 1000+ dollars. I arrived at the gate 4 hours early for an international flight, they told me I was too early and to come back 2 hours later. I showed up an hour and a half later and they told me I was 5 minutes late and they could not let me through. They directed me to their ticket booth to buy another ticket, and told me that because I missed one leg of my trip, the return ticket would be cancelled with no refund. Ended up having to pay 1000+ dollars just to be able to get to my destination and then return home, all because I was given false information by multiple different Aeromexico agents. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

On 12/20 flight AM494 Aeromexico flew from Mexico D.F to Seattle with 200passengers. It flew in circles over Seattle multiple times. Flight never landed in SeaTac airport due to fog so, plane landed in Portland,OR instead forcing many to rent cars, take a taxi or purchase another flight. Minor we’re on the plane, hope they made it safely home. Called agency and was given a case but never was attended.
