This is my second time in 6 years doing this BLS/CPR class but this one was the best. Our instructor was timely in his teaching and communication was clear and lesson was well put together and straightforward which made it easy for me to understand. Now I’m more knowledgeable and confident about saving someone life’s by performing a CPR.

The experience was easy, the instructor was knowledgeable and the CPR mannequins were more modern and realistic. I would recommend

One of the best BLS programs that I have attended. The online portion was easy to follow and straight forward. And the instructor at the live portion was amazing. Highly recommend.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Treatment of Students I strongly advise avoiding the Advanced Education & Training Center (AETC). I registered for a BLS renewal course and encountered a simple technical issue: the provided PDF had no clickable or copyable link to access the required online portion. I sent several emails clearly explaining this issue, expecting basic assistance. Instead of support, I was met with dismissive and accusatory responses. Rather than resolving the accessibility problem, AETC abruptly canceled my scheduled class and accused me of being “disrespectful”—despite my emails containing no inappropriate language or behavior. They then refused to refund my $40 deposit, hiding behind a “non-refundable” policy even though they were the ones who canceled my class. This organization showed zero regard for professionalism, conflict resolution, or customer service. Instead of taking accountability for providing inaccessible instructions, they retaliated against a paying student seeking help. If you value professionalism, respect, and basic customer service, take your business elsewhere. There are many training centers that actually support their students instead of punishing them for asking for help.
