I've been to this courthouse a few times over the past 20 years, and each visit went better than expected. I encountered polite and professional employees each time I needed something or asked a question. When I needed representation, I had a wonderful attorney and a witty or compassionate judge. In the world we live in, I'm not surprised there are so many upset people giving negative reviews here. After my experiences at this courthouse, I know many employees are simply doing their job regardless of all the one star reviews.

"Randy", the guy answering the phone, was one of the most unhelpful and rude people Ive ever encountered while calling into a help line. Claimed he sent emails I never got, repeatedly said everything was my fault (Ive done everything perfectly so far), and refused to give me any sort of helpful information. Threw around the language about me getting arrested and fined. I literally called because I have a work trip that I now have to cancel 2 days before hand. Get someone else in this position. Acted like a failed cop.

Very disappointed with the judge overseeing the the BK guilty plea of the vicious murders of the Idaho four young college students!! For that Judge, I believe his name was Hippler, to call out the family prior to taking the guilty plea obviously has zero compassion for the victims or their families or any type of understanding of what these families have endured over the years!! I can hardly imagine!! My prayers are with them all including the judge, I pray his heart will soften for these families and he will learn empathy!!

Public defenders are terrible, especially Amy Lombardo. She doesn't consult with her clients, she doesn't give accurate information. She tries to persuade them to take a deal that the prosecutors are giving just to get you off her cases. She lies to you and doesn't fight for you at all. Is never prepared at any court dates. She absolutely is the reason why they say never go to trial with a public defender. She will use you as a trading post to the prosecutors. At this point she might as well work for the prosecutors office, because she doesn't fight for any of your rights or at least bargain for any deals.
