Joining the American Coaching and Training Academy (ACCA) has been a profoundly meaningful and transformative experience. Each meeting represented an opportunity to grow, align my purpose, and broaden my perspective. I express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Jeff and the entire team for their dedication, warmth, and professionalism. We not only acquired valuable tools but also encouragement, support, and a genuine sense of community. ACCA is an institution of excellence with an international reach and a comprehensive, humanistic, and contemporary educational approach. It is at the forefront of coaching, merging knowledge, experience, and remarkable sensitivity. It offers unparalleled opportunities to enhance skills in public speaking, leadership, and visibility, as few other institutions allow. I take away an illuminating journey that strengthened my essence and my calling. ACCA is now my new family because that's how they have made me feel. Thank you so much for the shared enrichment and the generosity shown!

Excellent experience with ACCA. One of the things I was looking for in an academy was personalized support, and ACCA has that. It offers a comprehensive curriculum tailored to the learner's needs, an academic program that's up-to-date with current market trends, and best of all, you can study from anywhere in the world!

It was a good experience, the coaches were empathetic, and the comprehensive education not only focuses on your certification but also aims to help you learn from other areas.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this academy. I only had two classes, and afterward, I experienced a mental health issue that prevented me from continuing with the mentoring. I asked for a refund so I could pay for medical treatment. Unfortunately, I received no support from them other than telling me they would wait for me so I could continue with the classes, which I find to be a lack of empathy and consideration.

Very disappointed! I paid them for a service! And they expect me to promote their academy, otherwise they won't certify me! If I pay for a service, it doesn't make sense that I have to promote their academy! The owner has an obligation to do so; in fact, they force students to have 35 guests when they give the final exam, and if those 35 people don't connect, they don't give the exam! And they leave them waiting until they get those people, playing with our time! Because if they don't, they don't graduate either! That academy is garbage, it's an injustice! Besides, they record all the videos and upload them to YouTube to monetize without the students' consent, and if they say no, they don't give them the certificate either! I think what they're doing is abusive and absurd! Since the classes are online, they should give the written exam just like they assign homework! That way, the students could decide when to take it! Why are they forcing them to do it live?! They're invading their privacy! Why? They're displaying them on ACCA's social media for promotion! Without their consent, because they didn't ask me and I already found out, they didn't ask any of the students! And not all of them are influencers! Why are they displaying them like that?! Furthermore, everyone who has already paid for the course and completed all the assignments should be certified without being displayed and forced to record a testimonial! And they have to give an excellent testimonial and upload it to their social media! Because if they don't, they don't get the final exam either! They also have to write a project book, as if they were all writers, it doesn't make sense either, and for Dr. Jeff to say that the student has to uphold the academy! They have to give an excellent presentation! To uphold the academy's reputation! Why an appendix? It's the founder's, or rather the owner's, obligation to ensure the academy is excellent! He's the owner who has to pay for promotion! It's his obligation, not the students'! 95 percent of my classmates are disappointed! It's all absurd! But we have to do it because what else can we do? Losing so much money! Because the course isn't free either! Why demand promotion? It's an abuse!
