I was in the dedicated left hand turn lane on Redwood Drive(leaving Sam's club) in line to turn left onto westbound US34 at approximately 5:45pm on November 15, 2025 when your driver decided to also turn left FROM THE DEDICATED STRAIGHT LANE when the light turned green! NO signage or street markings indicating you can turn left from the straight lane...clearly your driver didn't care about laws or the safety of anyone else! Caught up with them at the next stoplight on US 34 and got a partial plate number. Guess they thought where they were going was more important then waiting in the left turn lane like everyone else to take a legal left turn!

Adrienne Female , fellow mom driver was excellent, excellent interpersonal skills , along with navigation, friendly , empathetic and respectful. She arrived punctually on time and knew the roads / grid down to a T in efforts to get us to Medical Center 🏥 Of The Rockies( My Son and I are disabled ) in a timely manner . Eisenhower has its navigational challenges , however she was able navigate with ease . In a perfect world 🌍 🫡🤪 I would love for her to be my personal driver . 🫡☀️✨🙏✨ 5 Stars Across the board! ADA FRIENDLY !

Tried booking for my mom's regular rides. They were late so often they were considered unreliable. The only thing worse than their dispatch are there systems and tracking. Would rather walk than call this clown shop.

I called for a ride three times, got confirmation that a driver was on the way three times, and no one ever showed up. After waiting I'm the cold for over an hour, called someone else.

Would give zero stars if i could. Scheduled a ride for my mother who is in a wheelchair chair. Ride was confirmed and they never showed up. Called the dispatch number on the site and when I complained and asked for a time for a ride they hung up on me. No regard for people and complete discrimination against handicapped individuals. Do NOT use this company under any circumstances. Unless you like making plans and your ride never showing up. Horrible horrible company.
