We had to cancel our trip in September due to several reasons. We paid for insurance just in case but Farebuzz refuses to refund the money and if we want to rebook before the year we have to pay an additional $300 plus however more the airfare is. What’s the point of paying for insurance. Please please do not use this company.

Whatever you do, do NOT use these people. They entered my original booking charge along with an additional $1600 & claimed that they voided transaction as soon as it happened but still sat pending in my bank account for 5 days resulting overdrafting my account & causing NSF charges & all they could say is I apologize for any convenience. I tried canceling my booking but of course conveniently it is non refundable. I’m so pissed right now! I wish I could rate 0 stars!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Due to medical issues I could not make the initial flight out but wanted a new flight out and to return on the original flight home. They lied to me about not being able to use a return flight and made me purchase all new airfare totaling over $2300.00 - when I contacted the airline directly afterword's I was told that I could have flown home on the same flights I had already purchased. Trying to file the insurance is a NIGHTMARE and Farebuzz will not respond with email or phone call.

Farebuzz agents send you in circles, gaslight, pass on the responsibility, are misleading and at times untruthful. My flights got canceled/changed and Farebuzz downgraded my seats, even my paid upgrades were not honored with the flight changes. The specific airlines I was flying on couldn't help and said it was up to the "booking" agency to make the corrections. I spent weeks working with Farebuzz and their postponement of confirming seats and pattern of behavior was overall unethical. Blocking my email address and disconnecting my phone calls. They didn't honor their own policies and promises that their own agents agreed too. Very disappointed. Do not use this booking agency.

I went through another agent who booked my flights through Fare Buzz. Long story short, I purchased insurance in case Europe was closed due to COVID so I can get my money refunded. United was the airline that they went through for the flight. United refunded Fare Buzz the money back on 8/17 but Fare Buzz keeps putting off refunding me my money. I wont go through my travel agent again because of Fare Buzz's mistake and would never advise anyone to go through them. My lawyers are looking into why they were funded the money from the airline but did not credit me back the money as this is down right criminal.
