BEWARE of this scam! I tried to buy a flight and was told the flight was full, but they could switch me to a later one. That didn’t bother me—until they said the new ticket would be $207, even though the exact same flight was listed on their own website and the airline website for $98.99. When I asked why, they claimed the $98.99 fare was only “standby” and that paying $207 would guarantee me a seat. They even said there were already seven people on standby ahead of me. The problem? While they were telling me this, I was looking directly at the airline’s own website showing TONS of open seats, like 50-70% of the plane wasn't even booked. When I decided to cancel, they suddenly offered to reduce the price by $40 if I booked “right then.” I still said no. Then they tried to push me to take a flight the next day. Again, I refused. After hanging up, I went straight to the airline’s official website and booked the very same flight for $98.99. And guess what? When I got on the plane, the flight had about 70 empty seats—and I even got a free upgrade to seat 3A

I had a wonderful experience with OLYMPIA. She Truly one of the most genuine, respectful, and helpful people I’ve met. Her kindness and professionalism stood out right away. She went above and beyond without expecting anything in return. It's rare to come across someone so reliable and thoughtful. Highly recommended! Thank you so much Olympia for saving me :D

Booking online was relatively easy despite the US government shut down. I paid for exit rows for myself and a family member to see another family member who is ill. I am tall and had knee surgery recently and needed the extra leg room to be able to move. The flight was Ohio to Hawaii, 2 stops - Dallas and LAX. The best way to get out there last minute amounted to 3 flights (there and back, 6 total) which was all expected. After this was all set I got confirmation emails and we knew it was going to be a long and stressful flight. We picked a 5:20am departure to maximize the amount of time we had with our ill family member. Thought this was all set. Then the trouble with Cheap Flights Fares started. I started to receive calls and we lost all our seats that were paid for as well as our flights, we were told that for our convenience Cheap Flights Fares moved us to a 7:20am departure so we didn’t have to leave so early which put us in Hawaii so late we lost a day with the family member. And now comes the representative that was supposed to help us ‘Wade’. After explaining everything multiple times the original flight was no longer available and I had to explain there was also a 5:30am departure and had to help ‘Wade’ look for this. After what was hours to straighten out I finally got the confirmation email and confirmed. Wrong seats I paid for. Had to call back, had to explain again and stated I did not want to work with ‘Wade’. So once again all ‘set’ and was promised to receive an email, confirm again this was correct, etc. Myself and my family member flying out thought it was done. No confirmation number from the airlines (American Airlines) was ever communicated to me and I was waiting, but also thought with all the cancellations going on due to the shutdown this was expected. Less than 2 weeks before we were set to leave, still no flight number and I couldn’t look up in my AA Advantage Account to see any booking I received a phone call from an AA representative stating that ‘my son Chris’ had been calling asking for handicap access and seating due to the fact I am an amputee. I do have sons, but not ‘Chris’ and I am not an amputee. I and the AA representative hash it all out and we both know from the way he described ‘Chris’ is was ‘Wade’ and evidently all that money I paid for the seats, AA was going to charge $0 for. Angry doesn’t begin to cover it. I was able to get a $125 refund from Cheap Flights Fares and nothing more. I had to call AA right before our departure due to still not having flight numbers or tickets. All in all of I could give Cheap Flights Fares a 0 star review I would. I’ve used other 3rd parties for bookings and never had an issue.

My had extensive dealings with cheap flights. I’m booking airfare and car rental. I had problems with credit cards, etc.. But the two individuals that I worked with their Were patient and walked me through the process. I will refer to them as Trent and Dan. After multiple calls, I ended up having to cancel everything and they helped me through that whole cancellation and refund process. In the long run, I’m not sure how much money they would’ve saved me, but the service experience was worth noting. Whenever I travel again, I’ll be calling them. Just because they’re called cheap flights doesn’t mean that you have cheap service. Thank you

My name Yevhen Kucherenko. I started searching for a ticket through the Kayak system, and then I was redirected to CheapFlightsFares.com, where I purchased the ticket. Right after the purchase, I received the booking confirmation from the airline and noticed that the travel date was incorrect. I immediately called CheapFlightsFares.com, but they refused to issue a refund, even though the ticket should be refundable within 24 hours of purchase. They told me that I had to contact the airline (Arajet) directly. When I reached out to Arajet, they said that a refund should be issued in such a situation, but unfortunately, they cannot process it because the ticket was purchased through CheapFlightsFares.com. I do not recommend using this company’s services. Even if I chose the date by mistake, their website says - “free consaltation” - !!!
