I posted this message on Facebook. I want to share a pleasant experience I had with Vivaaerobus. I was traveling from Rey to Veracruz, and upon arriving at my destination, I realized I didn't have my wallet. I don't need to explain what I felt and thought at that moment. My brother drove me back to the airport, and the news wasn't very promising. While I was at home, I calmly looked up the card numbers to cancel them when I received a call from Mty. It was from an airline employee who told me he had my wallet and would return it the next day. I went early before the flight's arrival, and they asked me to wait until the plane departed. So I went to get a coffee with a bang :). In the meantime, I received another call from a Vivaaerobus employee who said she was waiting for me to receive my wallet, which reassured me. Finally, at the agreed-upon time, they delivered it to me along with all my belongings and money. This happened to me, and I can attest that Vivaaerobus is a company that cares about its passengers, and that I was treated with the highest standards of service, quality, professionalism, and great values. I share this because I'm proud to have this type of company in Mexico. Applause...

No one even helped me to tell me the schedule and what I should wait. It seems they're selling too much and/or didn't want to sell more units. Although I understand there's a shortage nationwide.
