Clean, well organized. The rental car return is very close to the terminal, Complaint - if you have a flight that leaves in more than 3 hours, don’t come to this airport. Their rules PROHIBIT you from dropping of checked baggage early. This means that you CANNOT go through security and go relax in an international lounge!! We were told that these rules were put in place because they have limited room to accept luggage. Hello, this is an airport! You ONLY worry about two things…people and luggage! The security lines are LONG. The global entry guards are rude, and the waiting areas at the gates in terminal E are antiquated. There is NOWHERE to charge any device while waiting for your flight. This feels intentional toward the U.S. since our new tariffs have been announced. The Canadian government is one of the worst in the world, and in the E terminal they prove it with the lack of recent technology, toilets in the women’s room that don’t work, none of these people care and it feels like they’ve been instructed and taught to be this way. Shame on Canada.
