this airport is nice and small. however, i would not book any miami flights with them. ACY has been running many ads and even promotes the new spirit miami flights. however, both of my flights were canceled after 10 days of booking. there was no email notification, but thankfully i had caught the cancellation while trying to pay for bags online. i found out 2 weeks before my departure date. the miami flights offered here turned out to be a lot of over promises, not reliable, a waste of time and money. fly anywhere but to MIAMI from this airport. i’m not sure why they would even offer to sell these flights to miami if they can’t even successfully and consistently provide them on the promised dates.

American Airlines Shuttle bus from ACY to Philadelphia intl "AA Landline" does not leave on time, frequently leaves 15+ minutes earlier then the scheduled departure time, depending on the whim of the driver. You may get stuck at the gate and miss your connecting flight. Better off going directly to Phil.

This is a small, but very nice airport. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, except for a couple TSA workers, of course. Aside from the attitude I received from one particular TSA employee, everyone else was very friendly and helped me with everything I needed.

I don't know why this airport has such a low rating. It's small, easy to access and navigate. Staff is as friendly as any airport staff. Has a few decent food places, clean big bathroom, massage chairs and plenty of charging spots. I think only Spirit flies out of here, so yeah. It is what it is and it's great at being that.

Like I said in the air! I owe the KACY approach controllers a 5 star review. They are very accommodating for airports in the region, and patient when working with instrument students. Their professionalism instills confidence in the pilots flying in their airspace, unlike some RAPCONs in the New England area.

Clean, easy. manageable, efficient, friendly staff, just enough places to eat and to get coffee at, wheelchair accessible, and convenient for traveling to the airport in Philadelphia (1 hour by bus). The bus to PHL is only 1 hour and comfortable with charging stations, overhead space, a tray table, vinyl seats and no carpet so it does not smell bad at all. Clean and smooth ride. The highway is easy and 2 lanes. The airport has Spirit Airlines and American Airlines. So simple and perfect because I fly both a lot. No waiting in long lines for security. They have TSA Precheck (no Clear) and there really is no wait for TSA Precheck or the regular security check in. The bathroom was clean and barely used. So needless to say I will be happy to fly into this airport to take a bus to Philadelphia if I wanted an alternate route to PHL airport. And they added extra charging stations (see pic of white table). And they recycle … I love green airports.
