The worst airline company. The flight was cancelled and I could not get my money back. When you call their customer service, each customer tells you something different from the other. As for the flight cancellations, they have become very common.

Customer service is awful. Not that they have bad people, they just don't have enough of them to service their customer base. I had to make a change before my trip so I tried to do it online but it would not work. So I called, and it took 5.5 hours and two phones. Of course the automated system took all of my information and put me on hold. After an hour someone answered, asked some questions and said, "oh this is an international flight I will have to transfer you" and transferred me to oblivion. The confirmation number was enough to show it was an international flight. I found out the real problem later. After another hour on hold, I called using another phone but left that phone on hold. There I sat with 2 phones on hold waiting and waiting. Finally someone answered, he was nice and he was trying but he clearly was not equipped to help me. I assumed he was new. He finally transferred me to someone who could help and she was nice but it still took an hour and a half to make a simple change. During that call I eventually pulled out of her that the first gentleman was not new it was that he was not a customer service person. He worked at an airport and they were recruiting them to fill in but they did not have the training or the computer software access to really help. so I guess he was basically to entertain me and give the appearance the airline was trying to help. Now at the end of the trip I am dealing with the same thing again. I need to make a change, online doesn't work, called and waited on hold for 30 minutes then got hung up on. starting using the app to message. two hours in and still not done. Ridiculous.

I do not recommend their service! Very bad costumer service I want more information avoid the COVID test the lady just been rude and ask me to call the airport instead and by the time I ask her to repeat for me she hand off the phone on me. Very bad quality of service .

Gate agent was rude, nasty, and inefficient. Had gate staff standing around at other gate while one agent tried to rebook all if us. The male agent there needs a new job

What’s the point of having interlining agreement w Singapore Airlines when you don’t honor it. Waste of my time and places huge burton on me. Great keeping the 1-star customer service rocking strong.
