I am extremely disappointed with United Airlines. First, even though our family was on the same reservation and traveling as one party, United still seated us separately. Splitting up families—especially when traveling with children—is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of care for passengers. On top of that, after a weather-related delay, United still could not provide a crew or pilots to get us to our destination. Weather is one thing, but not having the staff ready to operate the flight is poor planning and adds unnecessary stress and hours of waiting for passengers. Between separating families and failing to manage crew availability, United has made it clear that customer service and reliability are not priorities. I will seriously reconsider flying with them in the future.

Every time they are involved in a flight segment, everything seems To go wrong. A review isn't going to change anything so I'll save a text breath and summarize it... Charter Prices, Greyhound Service, topped with a healthy dose of "You can go online first before I can take your reservation". Not 1 agent in either 2 kiosks until an hour afterwards the advertised operations. Looks like this bird was grounded. Hopefully the maintenance department showed up. Second time in 6 months, same location, same terminal, same alliance, same over priced disappointment. But then again we are in Phoenix, aren't we? I wouldn't even take a complimentary flight from this company if it was offered. Good luck

I think United offers a little more leg room than competitors. They also offer a wide selection of good video options on a nice screen built into the seats. Don't forget your headset/ear buds. For those of us who flew decades ago, air travel has really degraded, lol. There are a few things United does that makes it a little bit nicer but not allowing most travelers to bring their carryon size suitcase into the cabin isn't one of them. It does speed up exiting the plane, and they are amazingly fast at getting them up on the conveyor at baggage claim. So, there's that, lol. On both my flights, the plane was at least 25% unsold seats, a foreboding perhaps, but it means middle seats remain empty. So, there's that, too, lol.

I am not sure if it is the weather or the pilot or the aeroplane. The landing or take off are very rough. I don't have this experience with other providers. I also don't like that I have been forced to use a kiosk to check in everything. You should provide a counter for that.

I have always had great experience with United employees and staff… The United Club at PHX I just met the rudest, most disrespectful woman at the entry to the club. So sad that United would put up with her.

Not bad. It was hard to go through bookong to leave Phoenix and commubication between the staff at the airport (United staff) was really bad, took about an hour to get things sort out. Seats aren't comfortable, espically for longer flights. Luckily this isn't a long flight like the other one I took. Flight was on time and came for some complimentary snacks and drinks, pretty standards. Landing was moderate. Honestly just a regular flight, will be back.
