Worst airline to flight with. Flying Labor day weekend 2025 with united has been just worst nightmare. Flying to and leaving Austin airport has been nothing but delayed. Have missed several appointments and late to fam reunions. Worst part they feel there not responsible. Have never had issue with different airlines. Second time i have use United and same issue every time, delays. Never again. 45 min and counting sitting on runaway.

The flight was easy and smooth. It was a short trip from TX to TENN so there was no TV to watch, no food served except drink and peanuts and the plane was small. Do not waste your money buying first class. Those seats look like economy. You can download the app to watch entertainment and pay a fee to buy food. Bring your own food

I’m seriously done with United Airlines. This isn’t just a one-time issue — it’s the hundredth time my flight has been delayed. I’m constantly forced to cancel important work and personal plans because they can’t stick to a schedule. I can understand losing an hour. But half a day? Over and over again? Absolutely unacceptable. Their pilots and staff are still getting paid, while I lose money and opportunities because I’m stuck waiting for a flight that never leaves on time. So here it is: I’m not just complaining — I want compensation for my wasted time. I’m serious. You are affecting people’s lives, not just their travel plans. Step up and take responsibility.

I flew on United Airlines on June 14 from Chicago to Austin. I paid extra for a seat. For the extent of the 3 hour flight my seat did not recline. I informed the flight attendant about the issue. He said he will come back and address this. He never came back. When another flight attendant was walking by I informed her of the issue. She basically said that " I needed to push the button and lean back." As if??? I fly several times a month, luckily not on United Airlines. I think I have the seat recline function figured out. I asked her if there is another seat I could move to, but she said no. So basically I paid extra for a seat which was cramped and uncomfortable. She said they will "write it up," doubtful. Thank you United Airlines for giving me 3 hours of an uncomfortable experience.

-every flight i took was delayed and over 1 hour late which affected my connecting flights -made me check my small carry on luggage every single time due to limited space on board. on my flight home they guaranteed me it would make it home to Austin. board my last flight and i see my bag is getting on the plane next to me to Montana… I tell the flight attendant and show him my app as well and he assured me it would be there when we landed. once landed my app says two completely different things; “your bag is in austin on spot #1 ” ,and once you click that notification it says my bag is in Montana… I go to the United baggage desk and she tells me “your bag is in Houston, we will deliver it to your house” fast forward to the next morning i check the tracking she gave me, and it’s still in Montana. Better yet it has my address spelled completely wrong. I’ve been chatting with the messaging service all day long and may finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. But wow..what a long, drawn out, incompetent mess of a situation this was. Fingers crossed my bag doesn’t show up with missing items or completely damaged. Fingers crossed it even shows up!

Dysfunctional and lowsy at communicating. It wasn't until we got to boarding when they decided to tell the entire flight they only supply 45 over head compartments for the plane. Now late and behind they are checking all bags. What a waste of time and money.
