Wow! Had 4 couples that wanted to take a cruise. Found Turnberry Travel randomly and spoke with Pam…..She took care of everything!! Booked our flights, booked our cruise (Royal Caribbean), booked our excursions, and made sure everything went to plan……We had such an awesome time and memories for a lifetime…..I highly suggest giving them a call to book any vacation. And just so everyone knows, booking through a travel agent such as Pam and the team at Turnberry Travel isn’t expensive as everyone thinks……we flew Southwest to Ft. Lauderdale, stayed 2 nights in a beach resort, then transferred to our cruise on the “freedom of the seas” Had awesome stops, Grand Caymen, Jamaica, then Haiti…..got off the boat, had a bus transfer to the airport and flew Southwest back….all planned by Pam and all went smooth as silk!!!!

Worst experience from start to finish. The so-called “charter” flight Aerobus is a joke. Get to airport at 7am as instructed and the computers were down. Didn’t leave Columbus until 1230pm. We didn’t get to Hard Rock resort in Cancun until after 5pm. Once we arrived we were told that our room was given to someone else and we would need to stay in another room until the room we paid for was ready. Then the best part is you get harassed by the staff to sit down with them to talk about buying a timeshare. After telling them numerous times “no” you have to resort to being mean and essentially tell them to go away. Our first morning almost all of the chairs had placards for “Legendary” members only, so we had to sit in areas behind the “Legendary” people. One of the swim up bars were closed for renovation and the other didn’t open until 10 or 11. They ran out of beer and st one the restaurants they ran out of some of the food items on the menu. Hard Rock was old and yet Pam said it was a wonderful place. She never mentioned that it was a timeshare location and we would be harassed at check-in and check-out. It was great being treated as a second class citizen at a resort that cost over $5,000 for the week. What has Pam, Vacation Express, and Aerobus done…..nothing! I attached pictures of our view of the pool. The chairs you see are for “Legendary” members only. It was always fun seeing arguments in the morning when the people came out to kick the non-Legendary members out of their seats. The other photos are of the missing tiles in the pool that were everywhere and the plates of food not cleaned up. Overall horrible experience and will never use Turnberry again!

I used Turnberry Travel to book my honeymoon and it was a very nice experience! Quick response, great prices, and very organized! Will definitely use this company again for future trips.
