Good service. Turkish Airlines has a lot of changes and is not positive regarding flight changes. However, sales agents are well trained. It still resulted in a trip to BER airport to fix changes made by the Airlines.

I travelled from Delhi, india to Berlin, Germany on 19th of December. My stopover was Istanbul for 3hrs and 30 min. But because of the irresponsebility of the staff at the counter, where we get our boarding pass,I missed my flight. There was only one self scanner open and a huge number of passengers was waiting there. Because of these things many people missed their flight. After this they did not arranged us another flight or food. I had to pay for the next flight, which wasn't until the 20th, myself. Even the staff there was very disrespectful to everyone, especially to women. I have recorded everything, how people were crying because they missed their flight and had to pay by themselves and how disrespectful the staff was. And after I arrived at Germany, I did not get my luggage. And today is the 12th day and still no clue. There were so many important things in it, like medicines. I would definitely not recommend this airline to you.

They are agent. I went there to change my flight ticket. But unfortunately they can't because I booked the ticket online. Then they suggested me to go Berlin Brandenburg Airport. I went there taking their suggestion and it worked.

Lastovo is a lovely getaway place for holiday. Am loving it.
