It worked out perfectly. I was offered money so I could take the first flight the following day. A hotel with a shuttle for the trip there and back was provided absolutely free of charge. The money arrived within the specified timeframe. The flight was also a pleasure. I would definitely go back.

I was at the service desk at BER because our departure times had been delayed by a few minutes several times over the past four months, but I accidentally deleted the last notification email. Very competent advice and very helpful! Very, very friendly and competent staff. This has unfortunately become very rare these days. Please keep it up... this airline is definitely highly recommended in terms of service.

Turkish Airlines is my absolute favorite airline. By the way, I am not alone with this opinion. The office there in Kreuzberg is also legendary. Drive there, book and off you go - the staff there on site will take care of everything.
