I recently booked my flight from Chicago to banglore through Tripbeam and honestly, it was an experience like never before.. The whole booking process was easy and the team was very helpful, responsive, and they answered each query... I even managed to get a pretty good deal on my ticket. Every thing went smoothly, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders.... I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TRIPBEAM FOR EVERYONE...

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Trip Beam and would strongly advise against using their services. At the time of booking, my ticket clearly stated $1089, but I was charged $1275. When I questioned this, they claimed the extra cost was due to “taxes they had already paid upfront to the airline.” This was not transparent at all and felt like a hidden charge. Later, I needed to prepone my flight, and that turned into an absolute nightmare. Trip Beam outright denied any refund, even though the airline customer care confirmed I was eligible for one. To make things worse, Trip Beam wanted to charge me $200 in rescheduling fees and refused to refund any part of the previous ticket. Fed up, I canceled my flight directly with the airline and received a refund without any issues. Trip Beam, on the other hand, was completely unhelpful and made everything unnecessarily complicated. They also insist on payments through Zelle, which raises major concerns about their business practices. In my opinion, Trip Beam is unreliable and untrustworthy. They operate like scammers, and I would highly recommend booking directly with the airline or a more reputable agency. Save yourself the stress and avoid Trip Beam at all costs!

This is a total SCAM!! Please do not book through this agency! Spent 4-5 hours with absolutely no help. They charged us $200 more for a flight and wouldn’t even cancel within 24 hours of booking. Sahil (Apparently the manager) kept beating around the bush and giving different reasons and ensured we have the worst experience ever! These people are here to steal your money! Be careful and book through the airline directly! So much easier to deal with and better customer service. This company does not care about customers! NEVER BOOK THROUGH TRIP BEAM!

I rated just one star because there is no negative rating available. These people does not know the airline policy and simply need ONLY money. No customer support once you booked the ticket. I told them i don't have valid visa, but still they booked on via Frankfurt saying approved i797 is enough, but airline does not allow to board. I called Tripbeam, but simply they have charged $450 cancellation fee (each ticket) and cancelled our 4 tickets. I lost $1800 because of Tripbeam. Tripbeam does not know anything and you will loose your money if you book ticket thru Tripbeam.
