I plan a company trip annually for the last 8 years. In previous years I have done it myself through a third party group website (like Apple Vacations), this year we decided to go with Jodi at Travel Leaders. That was the best choice we have ever made. Jodi made what is usually a stressful undertaking, such a breeze. Jodi has been there every step of the way and has helped us with all of our needs. Since Covid we have had terrible luck traveling. We have booked trips only to be canceled by the airline due to weather or unable to get to the destination due to wildfires or just unable to manage it due to family obligations. In these cases, it has been a trial to get refunds and most of the time even with travel insurance we either could not get refunds and at best offered credits to be used within a year. Due to work and family obligations we seem to be unable to utilize these credits and ultimately lose out. We approached Linda at Travel Leaders with our dilemma and also with our wish to travel. Ultimately, she booked us a trip to Hawaii through United Vacations with travel insurance that she recommended to prevent the problems with possible cancellation for any cause. Long story short we could not go. When Linda was notified she promptly informed us that a travel credit would be issued to be used within the next year. When we explained that we would not be able to take time off to utilize these credits she informed us that the credit was all that was available and that a refund could not be offered and that it was nontransferable. We learned a few things: 1. The travel insurance is not worth the money unless your able to use the credits with in a year. They do not want to give refunds even when they cancel on you. 2. Using a travel agent or at least Linda at Travel Leaders is no better than booking it yourself. They do not have your back when things go wrong. 3. It appears as if Linda at Travel Leaders is first and probably foremost a salesman. She will leave you with impression or misimpression that they hear your concerns but ultimately her job is to sell not make sure you have the right product for your circumstances. It truly is unfortunate that travel has become such an ordeal.

Jodi helped me plan our cruise wedding in February. She did an amazing job organizing the trip and organizing my family's trip. She really went above and beyond and honestly helped make my wedding a memorable event!

I never write reviews but this made me really upset. My husband and I have traveled quite a bit, but since we are traveling with a kid this time, I thought it would be easiest to work with an agency. I have worked with several travel agencies in the past, and I’ve never delt with people so unwilling to work with you. They asked the minimum questions to end the phone call and then once they emailed me a flight option I emailed them back with some questions regarding the booking so we could move forward before prices jumped and they just completely disappeared on me. Ended up planning the whole trip and booking it all myself, easier than working with this company

I had such a wonderful experience with Kristy and the entire team here. COVID destroyed my plans and this group went above and beyond to maintain communication, work with me on new plans, and were the friendliest at every step. I highly recommend working with this team.
