Haleh was a dream honeymoon planner! She really listened to us and was patient with us as we changed our ideal honeymoon destination several times. Once we landed on a luxury cruise through the French Riviera she came through with on-board discounts and transfers. She took all the stress out of planning process! She even coordinated day before private Ubers to the airport while we were overseas. She was on call and very responsive and professional. Haleh truly wanted us to have a magical experience and helped us with discounted excursions including a private tour of Monaco! I couldn’t recommend working with her more highly! Traveled with travel agent Charlotte Hoek on a Mediterranean cruise. This woman provides poor customer service. She cannot give you a straight answer to a question. She purposely enters your data into her system incorrectly so you can't access your account. She doesn't give you a receipt for what you paid for. She lies to you then tries to act like she gave you information. This is not an ethical travel agent.
