She made the experience a breeze by summarizing our resort options, clarifying the billing process and being available for last minute questions regarding our passport information. Cassie helped us plan our family (9) spring break vacation to St. Lucia. We stayed at Coconut Bay, Splash Concierge rooms, per her recommendation. We were very impressed and we would definitely go back! She was right about the resort - the proximity to the airport, the food/drinks, the customer service, the pools/activities, the rooms, and the beauty. Our family did a few excursion's, that we booked at the resort, and they were all fabulous! We would use Cassie again in the near future, probably for our spring back vacation for next year!

Would highly recommend using Cassie for your travel planning. She booked our honeymoon to Costa Rica and was cheaper than if we had booked on our own.
