I take at least 16 flights a year but have not used Sun Country airlines in years. I have to say this was the worst experience I have ever had with an airline. The departure flight was delayed 11 hours with only a $30 dollar meal voucher for compensation, very cheap considering we lost a whole day of vacation. On our return flight we were herded like cattle at the MSP terminal 2, check in counter with a woman screaming directions to everyone on how to navigate the over crowded, understaffed kiosk and counter. The TSA people at the H gate were extremely rude, and made the line wait while they played with their scent dog. There is no "Minnesota nice" at this airport and I definitely don't plan to fly Sun country or use HH terminal 2 again.

This airline should deserve zero stars if possible. I've flown on many airlines and types of planes, including military transport planes. Sun Country by far blows every other airlines out of the water... IN THE WORST WAY. I've flown Sun multiple times, my last round trip flight was the lowest quality plane I've ever been on. I decided to ignore that flight and see how my return flight went. Both flights were over 3 hours long with no entertainment, no snack and only one free beverage. The seats had no head cushion and the seat cushions were about 1.5 inches thick. You could literally feel EVERYTHING in the seat pocket from the row behind you. The ambient temperature in the airplane was approximately 85F and the vent was to weak to feel any air flow on you. I've been in the "torture chamber" while in the military and this flight was magically worse. I felt like I was being tortured for 3.5h. Honestly I'm surprised nobody had a heat stroke on the plane. Never flying Sun Country again, that was the last straw for them. Absolutely horrible experience.

3 delays, 6 hours total, we were not given a reason, but got a 15$ voucher...lol

This is the worst airline experience I’ve ever encountered…My 76-year-old father is currently stranded at Minneapolis, MN airport, needing to fly to Washington, DC on flight number 223. The flight has been delayed three times, now exceeding 5 hours. He doesn’t speak English well, he’s a tourist, and he’s feeling unwell. Despite this, the company hasn’t been able to assist him.This will be the first and last time I purchase a ticket with Sun Country Airlines…

The airline’s 8 hour delay for my flight caused me to miss my friend’s wedding. In more positive news, I’ll never have another 8 hour delay from Sun Country Airlines because I’ll never fly Sun Country Airlines again.
