With the internet nowadays, who needs a travel agency?? Me! We had the middle of our vacation set up (family wedding in Slovenia) and wanted to add Venice and Vienna as bookends to the trip (along with transport and transfers), and work was keeping me plenty busy. Starworld is down the street from my son's shop, so we dropped in. Rocco talked to us about what our plans were, and what we liked to do - then he set up all of the travel/accommodations/tours for the not-alread-set-up-but-linked-with Slovenian itinerary. From airport transfer to water taxi to the fabulous Hotel Londra Palace, near San Marco, had a private walking tour (that yielded a 'you should have dinner here' tip that proved most excellent), through a water taxi to our shuttle to Slovenia, to the terrific hotel on the Danube, and tour of Melke, Hallstat, Salzburg, to the amazing food tour in Vienna (make sure you book that!!!), to the airport transport - it was a fantastic experience with no worries - perfect vacation.
