    Our favorite airline Can't beat that price! We've been flying with Spirit for several years now and only once had an unpleasant situation with a flight postponement that left us unable to fly, but we got tickets for the next closest one. Although the employee at the check-in desk didn't particularly want to meet us. Stand up for your rights! Don't be afraid to call the manager! If I hadn't done that, I would have had to book new tickets at my own expense. And another time the system didn't work, the check-in desk was very slow, writing out luggage tags by hand! So the flight was probably delayed, the previous one too, someone was late for a connecting flight, but they were promised to be taken care of. And that's it! But for the money we flew, even these incidents didn't ruin the experience. Basically everything is on time, professional, often pilots and stewards joke during the flight, it's very funny! Hopefully everything will continue to be as smooth as this

    I have been using spirit since 2017. In june 2017 i had to fly from NYC to FLL to sign and close on my property in Florida and my flight got rescheduled 3 times and then landed at a different airport! I have arrived at EWE 4:40 am and landed at MIA 11pm on a direct flight. luckily the same day. In April 2024 had to fly from FLL to Pittsburgh and they rescheduled and changed the gates and the terminals 5 times! Now on July 14 my wife had to fly from NYC to FLL and last minute they cancelled the flight and rescheduled it for 2 days after. I hope you realize what these two days cost to stay in NYC! Now they denied all the additional expenses and they offered $30 voucher towards the next booking, but please realise: SPIRIT'S $30 VOUCHER DOES NOT APPLY TO ALL THEIR FLIGHTS! ONLY TO THEIR SELECTED ONES!!! So you're losing your time and money with spirit in any case. Recently there were news, spirit is filing for bankruptcy, and i became excited... Check their other reviews too And their different agents provide different misleading information via the chat. You have to wait for a while for their response, while they will not wait for yours and transfer you to another agent. And then you would need to wait again until that agent investigates the previous notes and so on and so on

    If I could rate you zero, I absolutely would!!! This is the most disgusting airline I have ever flown with!!!!! We bought tickets without reading the reviews — from New York and back to Los Angeles — and both times something happened with the damn plane or the flight or whatever!!!!!! Just stop flying, don’t transport people, you are the worst company ever, I’m honestly in shock, guys, there are just no words!!!!!!! On top of that, you didn’t even apologize!!! In such cases, at the very least, people should be offered some water!!!!!!!!!!!!! This all happened at 11:34 p.m., when everything in the airport was already closed — not a single store was open, not even a bottle of water to buy! We were just left sitting there with no help or care at all. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!!

    A Truly Positive Experience with Spirit Airlines — Thanks to Saba! I had such a great experience flying with Spirit Airlines back in February that I wrote notes during the flight to remember every detail. Life got busy and I forgot to post it until now, but seeing it again reminded me how impressed I was — especially because I know Spirit often gets mixed reviews. My brother and I were flying out of Kingston, Jamaica to Fort Lauderdale and had purchased the “Go Big” upgrade (Spirit’s version of first class). When we got to Norman Manley International Airport, we noticed there wasn’t a separate check-in line for Go Big passengers — everyone, regardless of ticket, was in the same line. We asked about it once we reached the counter, and the Spirit employee, Saba, politely explained that the airport doesn’t have a separate line setup for premium passengers. She was kind, apologetic, and professional, and we appreciated the transparency. But here’s where things really stood out: later, during boarding — when the line was long and moving slowly — Saba actually came looking for us, remembered we were Go Big passengers, and personally brought us to the front of the line. That small gesture made a huge impression. She didn’t have to do that, but she went out of her way to make sure we got the experience we paid for. That’s what excellent customer service looks like. So shout out to Spirit Airlines for hiring someone like Saba, and major kudos to her for her thoughtfulness and follow-through. It’s people like her who make a difference in the travel experience.

    Spirit Airlines a hit or miss sometimes you get an on time flight at times you don't. The prices are good if you buy your tickets in advance. For the most part the staff stays professional. There are some really kool airhostess. If you low on cash and want a cheap short distance flight ✈️ and don't mind being uncomfortable. know that the seats are very uncomfortable. And small middle seats Horrible. As they say I guess we get what we paid for. From time to time I still use this airline because of a short distance and cheap ticket. Traveling on a budget and doesn't mind the seats delays etc. Go for it.
