Flight was supposed to land at 230 pm. They landed at 250. No problem. So I'm waiting at Carousel 6. And my bags aren't showing up. So I call the airline and let them know I have a connecting flight with a different Airline. And I need my bag. First person with hung up on me or call got disconnected. Meanwhile my flight home is getting ready to board. I let them know that after I called a second time. I didn't get my bag til after 4 pm. I had to pay the difference of a new flight home at 6 am the next day. I was supposed to get home at 1030 that night. Southern Airways didn't want to compensate me a hotel room for making me late to my next flight. This isn't the first flight issue. They get delayed and cancel many flights. Never again. I suggest you use Denver air. If you need real customer service and care. Second person who helped me cared and tried his best to help me. But I won't be using this airline anymore. If you do, pack extra money and an overnight emergency bag just in case. I learned this from the first flight I got cancelled and had to pay for a hotel out of my own pocket. Also Denver air is cheaper round trip.

Flight from El Centro to Denver. The flight from El Centro to Los Angeles was cancelled. The United flight from LAX was still in place. Called SAE to see what could be done. They rebooked the trip from Yuma to Phoenix, then Phoenix to Denver on American. SAE arranged an Uber from Calexico to Yuma which I thought was great service. Once at Yuma however the SAE flight was delayed, the flight from Phoenix to Denver on American was also delayed. I gave up and took a Greyhound bus back to Calexico. Seems they can't get off the ground. I don't know if the Yuma flight ever left the airport. If you can't fly you're not an airline! I think I'm better off trying to take a bus from Calexico to Phoenix then fly to Denver. I could not recommend SAE at this point.

Not even one star! Worst airline ever! I'm not sure they even fly from Denver to Pueblo! 2nd time in 2 trips my flight was cancelled and moved to a shuttle! I was so hoping we could have a reliable airline service in Pueblo! Not happening with this company! Fly Colorado springs or Denver; yes it's actually better to deal with the horrible traffic!

Southern Airways cancelled my flight while enroute with Denver to Chadron being my last leg of the trip. All websites said the flight was still on time but I had received a random text during my last flight that said my flight had been cancelled. I went to the gate where my flight should leave from and the board still said on time but with no crew in sight and no aircraft. After a 20 minute wait two gentlemen walked through the door in plain clothes but had a southern airways lanyard I could see around his neck. Neither stopped to see if I needed help as I stood at their desk. I said excuse me do you work for southern air. One kept walking and one stopped. He said yes, I do. I asked where is this flight? He told me he thought everyone had been notified it was cancelled due to weather (60F and sunny in both locations). I told him I was notified by text while on my last flight. He said well, I guess you should try to get a flight tomorrow. I said you don't have anything tonight? He said nope, like I said try tomorrow. I said I know there are other flights to airports in the same region can you rebook me on another flight? He said, nope, we don't do that. I said, but you cancelled my flight, can you at least get me a hotel for the night. He said nope, that's not my problem. I said I bought insurance, why would I get insurance if you don't do anything about cancelled flights? He said, that's a great question, why did you buy insurance? I said because I didn't want to get stuck at the f*ing airport with no help. He then said because I swore I was a hostile customer and I needed to leave. I said what do you expect me to do, sleep on the floor and hope you fly me out tomorrow? He said I'm not telling you what to do. I then went to the ticketing counter to try and rebook a flight. All southern airways options were closed at that point, nobody at ticketing, gate, or baggage. I spent the next 3 hours on the phone with representatives from the airline who could only tell me my bag went on the flight (the cancelled one). I don't expect to find this bag again. Southern Airways has been the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with and I'm a very patient person. They seem to not be an airline for customers but sure do have a lot of flights out of Denver to very small rural airports with minimal security for some reason... Hmmm I wonder why? π unless you're Pablo Escobar, avoid this airport/airline.

Horrible airline 0 stars Forgot my luggage for a flight on monday that only had two people as passengers with a two hour layover yet there wasn't "enough time" to retrieve it. They said it would be flown in the next day....next day the flight is cancelled...then the next day ended up going to LAX to get Bag only for the worker there to sarcastically say " long drive" I spoke to human resources of my company who payed for this flight to never book this company. For myself or anyone else. Like many said before greyhound is more reliable
