    The staff here are super slow. Everyone that I dealt with. The place is modern and clean. I’m going to give it four stars, but I’m not sure I want to.

    Decent Experience, but Room for Improvement My recent visit to Signature FBO at San Francisco Airport was generally positive in terms of facilities and overall convenience. The lounge was comfortable, and the location is excellent for private aviation traffic in and out of the Bay Area. However, I did notice that the ground staff seemed underprepared for our scheduled flight. Despite having received all the relevant information by email several days in advance, several key details still seemed to catch them by surprise. It gave the impression that they hadn’t reviewed the information thoroughly or weren’t fully engaged. The staff were polite, but not particularly attentive or proactive — more like they were just going through the motions. While nothing major went wrong, the lack of initiative and awareness stood out, especially for an FBO of Signature’s standard. I hope this is something they can improve on, as the overall setup is solid, and with a bit more attention and care from the team, the experience could easily match the high expectations that come with the Signature name

    Great FBO, my last trip there I was greeted and given top notch service by Sonny, Faye, Kristina, and David, all very kind and generous people who made our job easier with their help! Will be back again!

    Just arrived to SFO signature. Was shocked!!! I was checking my messages near magazine stand wich is very close to snack’s table. Came a lady in a yellow vest (SFO) on her back. She was cleaning table and added some stuff there. Then she asked me if I’m a guest? I said no, I have to meet my friend here. And then she said that everything on the table and all the coffee ONLY for guests(So just let you know) Right in a second came a random lady that took some snacks and lady in a vest didn’t ask her if she is a guest! Are you guys serious???? From time to time are you speaking to your clients like that???? Extremely disrespectful and unpleasant!!! Unprofessional! Shame!!!!

    Pulling up in our Gulfstream 450, I was parked on the very last row, with at least 7 to 8 spots available on front 2 rows. Had to walk my passengers a great distance to the terminal. They parked us there for their convenience not the convenience of the passengers or the customer. Spoke with the manager who was extremely nice, however, it was still another disappointment and disservice to our passengers. With
