For us, an FBO only has to do a little. Bring rental car, help with bags, pull up and fuel plane. We arrived, no rental car. Desk knew we were supposed to have one, but didn’t call the rental office to inquire as to its whereabouts. On return, plane was not staged and not fueled, extra 30 minutes waiting. High fees and not so great service. It would have been two stars, but they did have a shuttle driver take us to the terminal to track down the car. She was very helpful and patient. Avis, not so much.

Fancy new FBO building, several crew cars, sleep rooms have standard recliners but they’re new yet too. Pilots lounge and several private bathrooms. I always seem to visit in the middle of the night so I don’t know how it is during the day, but the overnight line guy is great every time.

Great FBO. Best one on the field! Ok so it's the ONLY one on the field, but that doesn't stop them from giving great service!
