I was reluctant to book on RJ, the price was the lowest for a flight from Toronto to Cairo with stop in Montreal and Amman. Flight departed on time and arrived on time for all four flights, food and service was great, as well the seats are comfortable with plenty of leg room. The only thing missing is a toll free number, I had to call Jordan for customer service.

I see negative reviews about RJ. I know this airlines is run more or less like a government organization. I had no choice but to fly this airlines when I had to travel from India to Detroit using American airlines points. Actually the aircraft from Amman to Detroit was very comfortable in business class and better than even Lufthansa aircrafts which has become very old. They bring food in a carry and you get to choose your pick. I did not face any rude employees anywhere probably because I flew business class. But RJ should take other negative reviews seriously.

I booked with this airline and they changed my flight times on me. So I cancelled because it didn’t work with my plans anymore. They refused to refund me the amount even though it was them that changed the times on me. Do not use this airline. They never respond to emails or calls

I went on a business(crown) class flight from the US to jordan for 3500JDS(5000$) and they made me pay an extra 250$ because my carryon bag was 1cm bigger than the regulations😂 shit service with w horrible seat when looking at the price. Would never recommend. Spend your money at Qatar/Emirates/Etihad/Turkish airlines!

You should improve the attitude of the aggressive staff at Detroit Airport. I am a Gold member with Qatar Airways and a oneworld Sapphire member. I was asking about lounge access at Detroit, and Ayman from the ground staff said, “You are in economy and not eligible to use the lounge,” which was incorrect. Please train them better.
