I flew to the Philippines on Sept 16th & the stewardess who were in my area wasn't as kind. She was abrupt and seems to always be in a hurry. I told myself this is 1 of the reasons I stopped flying with PAL. But low and behold!! On our trip back to Canada, I wasn't as excited to fly with PAL yet again..but one lovely sterwardess changed my view of PAL.. the gentleman was a little brute but the lady was so sweet, kind & has the sweetest smile.. her name is Jacky Mapantayan (hope i got her name right) we were sitting g on 65KH. She won me over and might consider flying again with PAL I would also commend the pilots of PAL, they have the smoothest landing!! Thank you & Mabuhay!! Oh yeah!! Love love love the safety video..I would also say, your crew kept the bathrooms clean!!

We usually always fly PAL. I think the planes are old and need to be upgraded. Business class is wide and lays flat. Usually friendly staff but not always. Always check your flight prior to leaving your home to the airport. One of my flight back home to Canada was cancelled due to mechanical issues and no one alerted me. Not even an email. Good thing I checked online first before heading to the airport.

I avoid PAL as much as possible but I'm stuck with them this summer cause I gotta fly with my parents. Got another notification from them that our flight is once again, delayed. Typical pal level of quality service. The only good thing about them is the livery of their aircraft is pretty. That's it

If there is 0 rating would be better. Delayed flights, no assistance for missed connecting flights, no refund, disorganized and lousy staff. Trying to blame clients getting tickets directly to them.

The plane I was on visibly had mold near the AC vents. So not okay, PAL. You charge an arm and a leg for flights and you can't even bother to clean the cabin.
