Airports are tough to review because your experience is often based on things other than that terminal itself. This was my first time here (Terminal1) and I found it pretty easy to navigate. There are restrooms in the departure area which is nice and not that common. There is a clean and open feel. Lots of moving sidewalks for getting to your gate on time. As for getting here from the freeway, rental car return is easy as long as you get in the correct lane off the freeway.

I may be biased but the Minneapolis Airport is the best. Always clean.Always feel safe. Lines for the most part go fast. Assistance readily available.

Large and well run airport. When they realize they have an issue with back ups in security checkpoints, they open additional ones and redirect efficiently. Friendly staff. Lots of food options although ghastly overpriced. Dropping people off at the terminal can be tricky but it’s not the airport’s fault people just drive crazy and do dumb things. I appreciate all the work they’ve done to expand and upgrade this airport. Love terminal 2 even more! Easier to get in and get out there. Have to update my review as I am a passenger today. I’m very impressed by the renovations. Seats in waiting areas are comfortable and include cup holders, tablets to order food and play games, and outlets to charge devices. Awesome. Security was friendly, fast and efficient. Love the new bin system they have.

Very bad and Racist the person who scanned the tickets to the passengers traveled on 08/10/25 9 am to Guarda Ny the brunette lady Esme left last and verbally assaulted me, do not travel through this place in Minnesota, very bad customer service!

Horrible! I went to Starbucks to get coffee. After standing in line I was informed that they were only taking mobile orders. I went to the app to place my order and it said that location only accepts Starbucks cards for payment. Went to Aunt Annie’s and after standing in line was informed they were only taking orders from the Kiosk. Turned around to go to the kiosk and the 10 people in line behind me moved to the kiosk in front of me. I walked away.
