Mike Carter with Cruise Planners was instrumental in planning our 7 day Caribbean cruise. He was detailed in his communication and available via text, email, or phone when I had questions or concerns. Mike went above and beyond to make sure my family had the best vacation possible. We booked 5 excursions through Mike which was the best decision we have made. We went on a guided jeep adventure including some Mayan cave stops, snorkeling, island food, interaction feeding Tarpon and birds, a wonderful spa experience, and all the shopping we could handle. Mike detailed these excursions and helped us make the best decisions possible for our family and the time allowance. We also knew in advance that going through Mike guaranteed us the assurance of not being late back to the ship. I have already scheduled another vacation with Mike and would not hesitate to call on him for all my vacation planning needs. He is an excellent travel agent and I highly recommend him! 5 stars only because there wasn't more available!

Mike helped us plan our trip to Hawaii! He ensured everything was planned the way we wanted it to be — from the condos, and rental cars, to the flights between islands and excursions. And while we were there, he was always a call away to help with the excursions (when they canceled cause of the weather). It was our first time using a travel agent and I’m so thankful we did!!
