Very clean restrooms. Great spacious parking g spots. Lots of eats and snacks, along with gift shop items.

This loves used to be really nice. I’m not sure how you charge people almost $20 for a shower when the rooms are not being cleaned properly. They should be cleaned after every person and lately whoever is working overnight just does not care. A month ago I took a shower here and someone’s trash was still on the floor along with their used bar soap on the shower shelf, today a disgusting toilet. Loves has a reputation of being a clean truck stop and this location is not longer holding up it’s standards. Also they have had half of their fountain sodas on empty for months now. Please do better.

I love this location a lot most of the employees are nice but this morning my free Monday offer wouldn’t come off the app and the poor guy running register was so sweet and nice and tried to help but the older woman with glasses was kinda snotty at him for trying to help me. Not appropriate in front of customers and not fr the the sweetheart trying to help. If the offer starts at a certain time then they should say it on the offer and not be snippy at the other employees. The poor guy should get a raise or a free lunch for trying to help.

Place is good. It’s no worse no better than most. The thing I don’t get with places that have showers. Why aren’t they individually heated and cooled. You sweat after a shower in the summer and freeze after a shower in the winter. That’s why I hardly ever give 5 stars. No matter how hot or how cold seems like there is never air coming out the vents in the ceiling. Taco John’s is a good change though not many have it.
