This airline still lives in 90's. Terrible crew and zero entertainment. Their video systems are age old, and they don't work. Crew including pilot has communication issues. Announcement are not at all understandable. Air hostesses and hosts don't smile at all. Food options are terrible. Only good thing was legroom and they have pretty cool neck supporting seats. They have cheaper rates but that doesn't mean they can compromise on quality and services. Crew doesn't care about refilling toiletries. Sometimes they don't even have options for cold drinks. Their website sucks and phone customer care people are useless. I booked my flight 6 months ago and in those 6 months they made 4 major changes in my itinerary. I had no choice but to go with they decided for me. During my travel they took a security check halt at shannon airport, which was not mentioned in my itinerary. Domestic airlines have far better entertainment quality than kuwait airways.

I traveled over these past Holidays on Kuwait Air from JFK to Mumbai and returned back from Banglore to JFK. Unfortunately, on both occasions , the Entertainment Center did not work - the only time it worked was traveling from Banglore to Kuwait City on my return flight. Secondly, traveling from Kuwait City to Shannon, they ran out of Chicken Dinners and also the blankets for the passengers. Needless to say, I was thoroughly disappointed by the overall experience of travelling on this airline. To make matters worse, I have been trying to send them my feedback on their website and it does not work. The form just sits there when you click on submit and it does not go through.

When my mom and I had entered the new aircraft of Kuwait Airways, the people had greeted us and they led us to our business class seats. And they gave us a hot and cold towel. And they also gave us juice before takeoff as well. And when I had asked for an extension of my seat belt, they gave it to me. The flight attendants did their job, and had answered all of my questions. And I had a chance to talk to a least a few of the flight attendants. And we also had gotten an amenity kit. The beverages were good, some of the foods were good and some of the foods were bad (in which I had on a previous review that you need to carry some food with you just in case). The entertainment was by far 2 to 3 stars. I hope that there will be more available music, games, and movies, etc., In the near future. Bring a book, Wi-Fi, Laptop, Portable CD player, etc., along with you if you are bored and dull. The tv screen is a lot wider, and the price is pretty good for a business class seat compared to Emirates, Etihad, and Qatar in which you have to pay more for a business class seat. Overall, this an above average airline because of the newly renovated airplanes and the flight attendants are doing their job and they have learned the ropes and are well experienced. I hope this airline improves for the better in the near future for the passengers who go on Kuwait Airways.

Warning!!! Don't ever fly kuwait air ways I booked a 4 person flight from New york to Mumbai india when we booked online the flight plan showed from NY to kuwait but instead we ended up in London and the seat I was sitting in didn't have a working TV the flight attended said they can't do anything about it and on top of that there were exposed wires at the seat I was sitting on I have attached pictures of it and they were late for every take off for the entire trip food was garbage staff has no respect my backpack weighed 4kg they said it has to be at 3kg all I had in my back was a pair of clothes In case of emergency and my laptop which I had to leave in new York because they wouldn't let me take it this has to be the worst travel experience in my life I have already canceled my return tickets with them and booked 4 business class tickets with another airline DO NOT TRAVEL WITH KUWAIT AIRWAYS!!!!!

Legroom was great, service was on point, clean aircrafts. Flew JFK to LHE and return.
