Incredibly frustrating customer service experience after they diverted my flight to another airport while claiming it was known before takeoff. Sent email offering refund of my flight then denied it upon request. Customer service disconnected on me 2 times I'm trying one more time to the escalation dept

I always fly JetBlue. The team that works there are so nice helpful and even times funny. They make flying easier bd better.

Effortless flight from Boston to DCA on time and smooth boarding. The TSA line in Boston was longer than the regular line and my boot set off the alarm so I had to take off shoes. The man working the line was confusing passengers and yelling at folks. 5 stars to the flight and airport in DC not the pre boarding staff and stupidness that we continue to be subjected to.

This is one or my favorite airlines. Get tickets early so you get good prices. Most planes have video options. That is why i have JB 4 stars. There have been planes with no working video. Overall they are mostly on time and the crews are friendly and helpful. I’ll fly JB over other airlines most times. I hope they don’t get in the habit of starting to charge for everything separately.

I don't like leaving a bad review especially since I directly work with customers on a daily basis. But this was a horrible first and last time experience with JETBLUE. I had first class tickets which was expensive as it is already. From the very beginning the flight was delayed with no explanation over 4 hours. Then once on the plane the flight attendant Klay was extremely rude and disrespectful. He stared and made snarky comments the entire flight. Then once waiting for the connecting flight at the gate I left my hat inside the airplane and asked for it back they said no one turned anything in. I asked if they checked she said yes there is nothing. I found my hat right on their desk after they claimed that they checked for my hat. The entire staff was very short and unprofessional. I am disappointed in the service and experience with JETBLUE. I decided to try them out and even go to an airport an hour further to see what they are about. I was treated like a 3rd class citizen in first class. Never once did they offer me food or drinks. They harassed me for my headphones when I gave it back to them in the beginning of the flight. It was the WORST experience I have ever had flying. With that being said I fly over a dozen times a year and this one was horrible.
