    Extremely petty. The flight I’m currently on has an entire row of empty seats right in front of me. The flight finished boarding and I moved to the empty seats. A flight attendant who must be pretty sad with his life made me go back to my original seat. The rows are literally empty. But I didn’t pay the extra money, so I can’t sit there. Very very petty JetBlue. How does making a paying customer’s flight experience worse for no reason help your business? I would recommend avoiding this airline. If they’re petty about the small things, you know they’re going to be sketchy about something big too.

    Besides the fee for luggage & upgrade for seats ( which seems to be the norm nowadays) impressed with the leg room, seats & free wifi.

    First flight was delayed by the time I checked in and was at the airport. The delay would have made me miss my connection. I was able to chat with customer service (after jumping a few hoops on the mobile app) and change my flight. 3/4 flights were very nice (the last flight was on an older aircraft so it was a tighter fit and not as nice as their newer aircrafts. All the attendants and staff were very nice, kind, and professional. I appreciated the vegetarian options for their inflight meals.

    Today was my worst experience flying, jetblue has definately dropped the ball. My flight was a connecting international flight out of New York to Jamaica and it was delayed. I got no notification via email, phone...... nothing.I got to RDU only to be told my options were to overnight in New york or go back home until tomorrow.... excuse me .....but no I got a ride to the airport no I cant go back home... my ride has left and home is 2 hours away...... I waited 30 minutes for the manager in RDU to pick up the line to approve a hotel to rest my head...... oh but it doesnt end there..... what a way to start my vacation. They booked me in a hotel that is currently under renovation.... dust everywhere, noisy and to make it even better they did not even offer me a complimentary card to get something to eat.
