    Hello, I traveled to cancun from LAX on dynamic airlines. On my way to Cancun my flight was delayed three hours because the fleet had to rest . I spend more money in the airport on feeding my kids and the airline did not even provide voucher for lunches. We did not receive prior notice of the delay on the delay. On my way back from Cancun to LAX the flight way delayed 9 hours at the airport also with no prior notice. We had to remain in the airport until three o'clock in the morning. They change the aircraft from a 300 plus passenger to a 150 passenger aircraft. I was lucky that I arrived early to the airport because the rest of the passengers couldn't get in that flight and had to wait for another one. Last time I will book a flight with dynamic. They have poor customer service. When I tried calling them I could not get through in two days. Horrible service, if you want to have a good vacation DO NOT travel with dynamic.

    I chose this airline because it was inexpensive and it was a direct flight from LAX to Cancun and back. Huge mistake. Upon check-in at LAX, we were told that our 10am flight will not be leaving until 6:30pm that day. When it finally came time to leave, the flight got delayed yet again and we did not leave until 7:30pm (total 9.5hr delay). On a side note, when we were going through security, TSA saw our boarding passes and had NO idea what Dynamic was. Kind of a scary thought when actual airport officials who work there day in and day out have never heard of an airline that you are about to fly with. Just saying. Needless to say we had a wonderful vacation and when it ended, we didn't think it could get any worse than an almost 10-hr delay. Right? Right? Wrong. Our flight going back home was delayed 24 HOURS. AN ENTIRE DAY. On top of that, you cannot get a hold of anybody from this airline to make any sort of arrangements or cancellations because this "international airline" does not even have an international phone number. They will be completely unreachable when you are basically stranded in a foreign country. We had to book another night at our hotel because of course that would be much cheaper than booking 2 last minute flights--but still costing us a couple hundred extra dollars plus wages lost from having to unnecessarily skip another day of work. Overall, this experience was a nightmare. Customer service was unhelpful because, well, you couldn't reach them. Just spend the extra money on another airline and spend the extra hours on another flight with a layover--because those flights undoubtedly still got to Cancun and back way faster than we did. Based on other reviews and other people I've spoken to who have flown with Dynamic, it seems to be very normal for them to delay you a ridiculous amount of time. Just don't do it.

    I've had the worse experience ever booking for the first time with Dynamic - the flight was scheduled to leave Guyana on 08-01-16 to JFK-i received a phone call @ 11:30 in the night saying that the flight is cancelled no further information. After speaking with one of their agents for nearly an hour I was told the next flight will be on 08-12-16 but not guaranteed & I have to accept this cause there is no refund. This flight was booked through Sunita Travel Agency in Richmond Hill. The agency had no explanation why the flight was cancelled despite so many angry passengers in the office @ 9 am. This is a scam airline & the travel agency such as Sunita Travel is aware but they still continue to book people on this airline - I hope they go out of business sooner than later. I was forced to click & give one star or my review would not be posted in reality I have no words

    Worst experience ever! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER TAKING DYNAMIC AIRLINES. We book a flight going to Cancun from JFK and then from Cancun to LAX. We got to the airport at JFK to discover that the airline no longer operates from JFK and the flight had been cancelled. We didn't receive any kind of notification or communication prior to the flight. At JFK all the passengers on the flight were being rerouted to different airlines. We have to take a cab to Newark to catch a United flight to Cancun, which left 4 hours later than our original booking. On our way back from Cancun to LAX we received an e-mail the night before saying that our flight was delayed to the next day, with no options to change or refund the ticket. We spent hours on the phone trying to reach someone from Dynamic, and of course we got no where. So frustrating, I don't know how Dynamic is still in business.

    Don't ever book with Dynamic airlines. Spent 6 hours trying to get in contact with them and not one person knew what was going on with my flight. My flight changed about 2 times and I wasn't notice about it until I arrived at the airport. Worst airlines ever. Save your time and avoid booking with them if you want a great flight experience!
