Aside from the multiple delays (no fault of Delta (Mother Nature induced)) the airline staff was exceptional. Between multiple trips to the ticking counter and calls to the actual airline to find a flight that wouldn't be delayed due to weather everyone was super helpful and easy to deal with. I always use Southwest for personal flights but this latest trip was for business and since Southwest doesn't operate out of LEX Delta was the airline that came up. Been years since I'd flown with them. I'm highly satisfied. The planes I flew on were all new, clean, nice. Gate operators were awesome. Seating was good along with free Wi-Fi. Thank you Delta for working flights and getting me to my destination before I needed to be there.

I was treated very badly by an older man at the Delta counter. I still can't understand why I was treated like am worthless. I was shocked by the attitude and treatment because I would have never expected that from an airline employee in the bluegrass airport. The guy had so much hate that he was looking at me and my little family with disgust all the way out of the door. That was strange by all means.

First time flying and delta staff from the time I checked in till boarding was horrible just wasn't no friendly faces no kind words. Tsa was the best and only good thing I remember they were friendly.

We were helped by Quinton, who was very friendly and kind. He even gave us additional information to get a guaranteed Covid test for my dad’s international flight because we were so stressed about what were going to do. Thankfully he was there. This is the angel that God sent that we were praying for.

Thank you to the baggage claims dept! Our suitcase was damaged beyond repair and I expected to have to fight for even the smallest reimbursement, however the man at the desk was extremely understanding and helpful, and Delta was able to deliver a replacement (that is much nicer than the one they broke) before our return flight.
