I just had a world-renowned experience on Delta, thanks to Isaiah the Great! After a long trip i am happy to land at Ontario airport. I just ordered a taco, and ready to face whatever comes next.. After a long and productive trip, on flight dl1614, I was blessed to land in the hands of Delta Airlines, where Isaiah truly stood out. His attentiveness was on another level, something I haven’t seen in a very long time. He is not only dedicated but also a natural leader who goes the extra mile to ensure his team and passengers feel valued. Delta, thank you for having such gems like Isaiah on board. Excellence in service makes all the difference! 🙌✨ Team Smiley ☺️

I’ve never been more embarrassed and disgusted with a flight crew. Me and my sister were very respectful to the crew mind you after our flight was delayed 8hrs from the airplanes battery being dead. We were removed from the flight and accused of being intoxicated when we clearly were not. We were excited and talking with other passengers that clearly was intoxicated but they weren’t causing anybody harm being respectful laughing and excited to finally be able to leave the airport and go enjoy there vacation. They sent a supervisor to remove them then they came for us confused but complying with what they asked we got our stuff and walked to the front of the airport then told to exit,now we are asking what is happening. Then they tell us we are being removed for being intoxicated then told we got removed because we were cussing in our private conversation not speaking about anyone or offending anyone but Apparently you can not cuss amongst yourselves being adults. Delta airline is a very bad company to fly with there is no protection for the passengers the crew is allowed to say anything against you without repercussions and have you removed. This was my first time flying delta and the last. Wait I still haven’t flown delta airlines.

I’d honestly never seen or met any nice or pleasant delta employees until I had the unfortunate pleasure of encountering delta employees at this airport. I was on DELTA 3680* Main Cabin (M) ONTARIO, CA 5:38pm SEATTLE 8:20pm on Sunday 04 September BUT! I was a bit grossed out by the all the dirt around the air vents. As well as the gross buildup on the soda cans. Why the five star… well it’s simple. I was stuck in Ontario for two days because of Frontier Airlines screwup.

Stop moving around seats for your other crue members. I was on window seat and you moved to middle seat at the last minute. I booked 5 days ago for my seat. And you replied, she wants her seat back. You are a liar. And finally I saw your other delta flight attendant who needs go back to ATL seats there with empty middle seat. Are you kidding me? I’m seating in the middle with extra payment and sky priority. Thank you for wasting my time and money.

So far, no complaints! Terminal 2 and gate 209.
