Poor customer service. I came in to get euros. No one greats customer, they have you waiting then she says she only sells flight tickets and the other person seating counting money is the one who does foreign exchange. Then, she abruptly said she doesn’t have euros when I complaint that I was waiting and no one greats me. I believe she did it on purpose based on her attitude denying not having euros.

The travel person is a terrible person. She thought it was professional to yell at customers in a busy store. She also proceeded to brag about being friends with “airline staff” and having connections. She ALSO wouldn’t help us and was super unprofessional about our question. She wanted to overcharge us. Guess what? We called the airline directly and they helped us with no additional cost. Find better staff.

Delgado Travel is an organization that I respect and will recommend to others. They are responsible, respectful and organized. Once in a while you will encounter an employee that because is a human person as you and I are will, somehow make you feel uncomfortable.
