Their Copa lounge it's great, so worth the extra money. It's really worth flying business as you can go to their lounge, the seats are really comfortable, the food It's good and can check in two suitcases

I understand that there are mostly Spanish speaking people on the flight but since the departure gate is still in the USA, they should be clearer when giving boarding instructions

Use Fate "F". Waiting on arriving fights. With license music at the main terminal.

Title: Frustrating Experience with Copa Airlines' Customer Service for Award Miles Receipt I've been deeply disappointed by the abysmal customer service provided by Copa Airlines in my attempt to receive a simple receipt for my hard-earned award miles. For the past few months, I've been struggling to get a response from their email system, only to be met with an endless loop of automated messages promising a resolution within five days. However, these promises have proven to be nothing more than empty words, as not a single response or resolution has been received. My attempts to obtain a receipt for my award miles, a seemingly straightforward request, have been met with an astounding lack of accountability and urgency from Copa Airlines' customer service team. The frustration and inconvenience caused by this ordeal have left me questioning the airline's commitment to its customers. It's disheartening to see a company of Copa Airlines' stature neglect its duty to provide timely and effective customer service. As a loyal customer, I expected better, and this experience has undeniably tarnished my perception of the airline. In an era where customer service can make or break a business, Copa Airlines has certainly demonstrated a lack of concern for its customers' needs. I hope that by sharing my experience, the airline takes steps to rectify its customer service approach and prevent others from enduring similar frustrations in the future. Until then, I can't help but advise fellow travelers to approach Copa Airlines with caution, as their customer service seems to fall far short of acceptable standards.

I no longer recommend this airline due to its inadequate support. The way an airline treats its passengers during unexpected situations truly reflects its values. I was a loyal customer of Copa Airlines, but my recent experience left me very disappointed. My 78-year-old mom had a flight (Flight number CM232) from Panama to Bucaramanga on July 12, 2025, with wheelchair assistance. Unfortunately, due to a storm in Bucaramanga, the airplane couldn't land and had to return to Panama. The flight arrived back in Panama and dropped off the passengers at 10:00 p.m., leaving them stranded for the night without any food, snacks, or hotel accommodations. The following day, they flew back to Bucaramanga at 7:30 a.m. My mom ended up spending the night sitting in an airport chair. I recall an experience with another airline, where our flight also couldn't land due to weather conditions. However, this airline handled the situation better by taking us to a hotel for the night and returning us to the airport the next morning for our flight. Copa Airlines demonstrated terrible treatment of its passengers in this situation, showing complete heartlessness and disregard.
