LAX airport excellent. But On my return trip from Panama City, to LAX they don't allow you to bring water on board. It doesn't matter if you bought it inside the airport.

We flew Copa Airlines from Costa Rica to Panama they do not have anybody at the checkout counter, we stood in line for over an hour just to check in.Then when they finally show up, they’re super rude then they end up going up to let you in at the gate. Copa needs to hire more employees had family members traveling from LA to Panama had the same experience in Los Angeles. Then all 10 of us flew home from Panama to Los Angeles on July 13. It was the worst flight ever flight attendants are rude, would not allow us to put our carry-ons in the overhead compartment made us put them under our seats, which stuck out halfway seems really unsafe to me when the overhead bin was completely empty.Food is not even edible. No alcohol in economy plus for a 6 hour flight. then when we landed, we had to wait two hours to get our bags. The workers at LAX say this happens every single night with Copa airlines they need to get their act together. I will never fly this airline again.get your act together @copaair

Just flew Copa first class to Panama and it was a terrific experience. The flight attendants were awesome and took amazing care of me. The food was incredible.

Completely worthless. Ticket agent has no care in solving problems, a company that absolutely does not care about their passengers. This was my first and last experience flying with Copa. Our experience was at SFO, although it wasn't an airport issue, the entire company itself is deadbeat. Save yourself the headache, trouble and tears because after seeing 3 of my daughters in tears never again will Copa have my respect.

The most shameless airline! Do NOT fly with Copa Airlines! They lure customers in with cheap tickets, only to deny boarding for ridiculous reasons! I have a valid U.S. Green Card with an official extension letter, and the Peruvian Consulate confirmed multiple times that I am eligible for visa-free entry. But Copa refused to let me board for no legitimate reason. Does Copa own Peru? Do they make the rules now? There is absolutely no official policy backing their decision—it was completely unreasonable and caused unnecessary disruption to my trip. Think twice before booking with this airline unless you want your travel plans ruined!
