My experience with Coconut Jo Travel Agency was very impressive. When booking the trip they made sure we understood each charge and why we were being charged. Everything was pre arranged from transportation to the airport including choosing the lowest price in parking, to transportation to and from the resort. They made sure we had correct information for the flight, transportation, resort, etc. Phone calls and text were made the night before and the morning of the trip. They gave us 24 hour access to them personally! Always available for any question we may have had. Very friendly and professional customer service. This was an awesome cruise that my family and I will be talking about for a while, all thanks to Coconut Jo Travel agency. Everything from start to finish was very smooth and we even got some extra discounts along the way. They made sure we had all information about where to park and prices. Information about excursions and even arranged a safe private tour in Jamaica with great local food for only $35.00 per person. We had special dishes prepared for our tables, like dishes from the Philippines and Jamaica on different nights. If your looking for an agency to assure you get the best price, is attentive and honest and great customer service this is your agency.
