I will never make another reservation on this airline. I checked my bag went to get a coffee, and check email. Found an email from Cape Air, flight from St. Louis to Kirksville cancelled not 15 minutes after I checked it. Ok, that happens, except the Cape Air staff in St Louis are most non empathetic people I have ever experienced at an airline customer service position! They seem to feel joy at our misery. Horrible experience!!

If you think the flight from Marion Illinois to STL will be more convenient than driving, THINK AGAIN. I will not fly Cape Air again. Marion, Illinois terminal did not even open security until flight time, pass through security and watched as they fueled the plane. Everyone on the flight either missed or may have barely made their connecting flights. St Louis employees were rude as passengers were attempting to get to their connecting flights. Marion needs to find another airlines.

Very timely and accommodating with great service. They went above and beyond the call of duty. A family member unknowingly left their passport in the airplane. We placed a phone call. They not only found it, but also delivered it from one Terminal to another in St. Louis Airport. Definitely recommend this company.

They cancelled our flight and cost us a $1k to rebook connections. Then we showed up to the new flight and they stranded us and could not have cared less. These people could not care less to rectify the situation. I can only imagine how they maintain they planes. Avoid at all costs.
