    I recently traveled through Terminal C at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. This terminal is a modern and efficient travel hub that offers a seamless and enjoyable journey for passengers. Here's what I loved about Terminal C: * Spacious and Modern Design: The terminal boasts a spacious and modern design with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The layout is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it easy to find your way around. * Efficient Security Checkpoints: The security checkpoints at Terminal C are well-staffed and efficient. I was able to move through security quickly and without any hassle. * Abundant Amenities: The terminal offers a wide variety of amenities to keep travelers comfortable and entertained. There are plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from, as well as comfortable seating areas with ample charging stations. * Convenient Gate Access: The gates are conveniently located and easily accessible. I had no trouble finding my gate and boarding my flight on time. * Helpful Staff: The airport staff were friendly and helpful throughout my journey. They were always available to answer questions and provide assistance. Here are some additional details about my experience: * Construction: There was some construction ongoing in the terminal, but it did not disrupt my travel experience. * Traffic: Traffic flow within the terminal was smooth and efficient. * Parking: The parking garage was easy to access and offered plenty of spaces. * QR Codes: QR codes were readily available throughout the terminal, providing easy access to information and services.     It was our first time traveling in a plane, this was probably one of the worse experiences I had with customer service. Everybody was rude expect for a lady In glasses and the guy in the laugage sección who sent us with the lady with glasses. We would ask for help since the machine kiosk didn’t give us tickets for our bags and the attitude that the workers would give was insane. About 3 workers screamed at us. I’m usually the type of person who remains calm when people have an attitude but this was the Cherry on top. Our family lasted about 2 hours trying to get past just asking for help for those tickets.They TROW your bags and items when getting revised. One of my sister’s AirPods broke because they threw them so hard during revision. Apart from the fact that my grandpa needs assistance with a wheelchair and that added to the problem.

    Shamefull place w no parking, paid or not, and no way to help my elderly mother with her check in. Worker and supervisor at gate sent all drivers to ecopark and ecopark ask for reservation in advance. They never mentioned to the drivers the parking lot at terminal AB open and with shuttle service to terminal C. You guys are a mess!!!!

    Man, I love how much airport's are changing to be healthier and more entertaining. Terminal C is basically where everything is. Starbucks, mexican and seafood restaurants, steak n shake, panda express, etc...multiple shops, kiosks where you can get medicine, pet supplies, baby needs, books, entertainment stuff, snacks. Terminal E isn't bad either. My pictures are from Terminal E. I visited the animal relief station where inside is a place for dogs to go to the bathroom and there is a sink for cleanup. Unfortunately, someone smoked like a whole cigar up in there somehow. 😕 I just used the bathroom to clean up and deal with my cats. Much easier with the counter there. I was hoping it had a door so I could shut it and get out my cat litter box for them to try to use. As we are on a 24 hour journey. I'll figure that part out somehow lol. I loved the live orchestra they had. I was hoping to go see them, but fortunately they played it over the speaker system. That was nice. Nice airport so far.

    The early morning experience with UNITED AIRLINES is terrible. Had a flight with a 5am departure. We woke up at 2am, arrived at 3am thinking we're doing all the right things. No personnel was there. Crowds of people looking confused. All the self service machines were offline. Finally had 1 United employee inform us machines reboot at 3:30am and are available then. TSA security opens at 4am. Long lines were in our future at that point. Heavy confusion amongst a sleep deprived mob is not a good mix here United. Suffice to say my wife and I added United to our list of NO FLY airlines after we find our airplane seats.
