We visited the office to pay for baggage allowance for a flight with Bulgaria Air. The location was convenient, the staff was friendly, and they spoke several languages (at least English, German, Russian, and, of course, Bulgarian). They processed everything very quickly and made sure all the necessary documents were filled out correctly.

Bulgaria Air offers extra services like unaccompanied minors accompanied by a flight attendant, pets, etc., but is cheaper than Lufthansa, for example. The flight attendants and gate agents are relaxed and friendly and happy to offer extras like the best seats if they aren't already taken, there's a snack on board, and landings were always without "turbulence." I can only say good things. My favorite airline for flights to Bulgaria. Just a request to potential passengers from Germany: Don't overdo it with the "party mood" on the plane. It looks ugly, I've experienced it before, and quite honestly, neither I, as a loyal Bulgaria Air passenger, nor the airline likes that sort of thing. If drinking on the plane seems desirable to you, stay away; it saves us a lot of unpleasant moments. Fly with Ryanair or something.
