I needed a student visa for my internship in India. Really unresponsive and you have to constantly follow up with them for anything. Was planning to get a ticket booked with them but had to constantly call to remind them to share itinerary and prices. Would be so stressful if you’re stuck in a situation and they don’t pick up. To avoid that stress, I eventually booked the ticket myself

We had to apply for student visas and they were very kind and helpful. They messaged us and called us whenever necessary and communicated very nicely. After we gave them all the necessary documents it took only a few days until we actually recieved our passports via courier service. I can absolutely recommend their service in regards of applying for visas.

I applied to Entry Visa for my daughter through IVS Berlin.This is the official Visa place of the embassy. It was a very smooth process. The staff are friendly and supportive in case of any missing information or documents. As i sent all the documents by post and they informed me timely regarding the process and answer on the phone. Today, i got my daughter´s. passport back by secure express DHL post. It takes very less time when all documents provided which is requested one. I thank you very much IVS team.

I highly advise against this company! Their prices are outrageously high and seem solely aimed at ripping off customers. For the service provided, you can find much better value elsewhere. It’s disappointing to feel undervalued as a customer here. I will definitely be looking for alternatives in the future and would urge others to do the same. Truly disappointing!
