The service they provide at this location is second to none. Front desk representative Carlos consistently provides great customer service and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Very helpful gentleman and he is a pleasure to work with. I’ll be recommending this location to my clients who flight private and rent luxury cars.

Everyone I was in contact with there was very nice and worked very hard helping the people with their luggage. The inside of the building was clean and the lady behind the counter was great helping me with the time of the arrival of the plane.

6/6/2025 Great, friendly staff and prompt service— they’re very personal and treat me the same if I’m in a Mooney or a Citation. The Line and Desk are all 5-star workers who will hustle to get us what we need, and who have found creative solutions to my problems when schedule changes caused issues. Carlos, for example, called a competing FBO in another city to coordinate an after-hours rental car that my company couldn’t secure themselves. He went above and beyond and saved me an extra day away from home. They occasionally grill for special events like Memorial Day, which is fun Compared to a competitor on field, the facilities are very basic and sterile but if you are not concerned about gee-whiz frills, Atlantic is a good place to stop in. They have a shower, snooze room and recliners for pilots, free fresh fruit and some snacks plus a good array of vending machine snacks. They keep the building clean. The FBO coffee comes from those squirt-pack machines instead of beans or regular grounds so I haven’t tried it. Bulk Coffee for the planes is standard, I’ve only tasted it a time or two in-flight. Ramp/overnight/security fees changed recently in a way which may make it more prohibitive for GA visitors— this is a change from corporate, and most of the limitations I’ve described have come from corporate
