I'd give them zero: for misuse of numbers, not having a website, and general bad actions. Unreachable ! Rapid busy on phone, no website presence? Attributed my frequent flyer number to another person. So I'm receiving emails about an upcoming trip that I didn't book. I could cancel the trip that is not mine, but chose to call the airline and stayed on line for 35 minutes to talk to an agent. Didn't want to mess up this person's trip. ALTS used my freq. fly. # although I don't know where they got it. I've never used them. There's only one thing the person traveling and me have in common, a name. She has her own freq.flyer#. I've tried looking her up.

Went to check in for my flight today. Was told my seat and reservation was cancelled by this company. Never a contact, never an email. Booked it 3 months in advance. Now my birthday is shot, my travel plans are scrapped. This company is a sham!

Phone number doesn't work, impossible to change flight details! Wells Fargo should Cancel their contract with this sham company immedietly

I believe this company is associated with Wells Fargo Rewards as a third party travel agent when you book travel with rewards points on one of any Wells Fargo Rewards Credit Card. They are difficult to get in touch with, customer service is poor and in my experience they are refusing to return travel funds owed to me. I would make sure to ask all the right questions if you happen to knowingly or like me unknowingly use them through Wells Fargo.

I didn't know about this company until I had my seats canceled without notice or any correspondence for our flights the day before. United tells me that when I booked the flights, they didn't receive payment from this company and canceled the seats! We ended up paying almost an additional $400 on SEATS out of pocket because all other cheaper options were taken and the flight was almost completely booked. What is the purpose of this program if I can't use my points to book my seats? WellsFargo needs to cancel their contract and partnership with this company. This was beyond a frustrating and unfair experience.
