The cruise voucher is a scam. The company that does the vouchers is not part of the BBB. You have to pay a $50 non refundable charge before even seeing the cost, Which is NOT free. Any company that uses fake “free” vouchers to get you to do the sales call is not a company to trust. They will give you at least ten times saying no before they will stop. Stay away!!

We were directed to them to book a cruise using our Marriott vacation club points. They are your only choice. I explained to our representative that on Celebrity's website it said the 2nd passenger gets a 75% discount. The call lasted probably an hour. We were foolish since we believed MVC And presidential status we would never be taken advantage as a member. Well, were we wrong. When we disconnected we had been told we used 19,500 points. For us that was 2 years of points plus we pay a 10,000 maintenance fee each year. If you figure 1 point is valued at approximately $3 then we paid about $68,500 add our 2 year maintenance fees to make it 88,500.00.. I then went to Celebrity's website. The same room was about $2,700 and the second guest received a 75% discount, total for same cruise was $5,668.00. Now that didn't include drink package and wifi, but still??? We called and wanted to cancel we were told that we chose the nonrefundable deposit. Ok fine we lose the deposit, however he than said the 19,500 points were the deposit. They are thieves never disclosed 75% discount nor that the deposit was the cost of the cruise. Shame on Marriott to allow there clients of 16 years to be scammed by such people. There will be lawsuit on this, we are very upset!

I booked a hotel for Monday June 23, 2025 through by T-mobile benefits which is powered by Arrivia. On the way to the hotel I called the front desk to confirm the check in time and they informed me that my reservation had been cancelled and to get in contact with Arrivia. I had not received any sort of notice in my email to tell me my reservation had been cancelled. If I did not call the front desk I would have shown up and not had a place to stay. This trip was for a family emergency so I immediately tried to get in contact with them to no avail. Since it was an emergency I couldn’t wait to receive any sort of call back so I had to book the only other hotel in the area that had availability which was more expensive. I tried calling multiple times on Monday the 23, Tuesday the 24 and today the 25; left multiple messages and still cannot get in contact with anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would. This entire experience has been a nightmare and has cost me more money than I could afford to spend.

I received a flyer in the mail that specifically asked me to be part of a travel "focus group" via Zoom and I would be compensated for my responses with a free 3, 5, or 7 day cruise (I would still need to pay taxes and port fees, which is understandable). When joining the meeting, they proceeded to say this was NOT a focus group but a sales pitch. So, very much a "bait and switch". Isn't that illegal??? I have yet to be compensated, as promised. However, my complaint is more regarding the lack of professionalism during the Zoom call. Firstly, there were several interruptions by a third party company called Epic Journeys, where employees during the call complained about prospects dropping so quickly - learn how to use "mute", Bill. Additionally, the closing, one on one conversation where the "hard" sale occurred with a designated sales rep, "Bill" (the sales asst manager?) joined our video conversation and he proceeded to light a cigarette while on video. Then, he decided to insult my intelligence by pretty much calling me uneducated if Idecided to not purchase the product since I'm not interested in saving money. Really??? This company may have a legit product to help people save money on travel - maybe not. However, just based upon the presentation, serious lack of professionalism, and their "bait and switch" tactic where they said it was a focus group and it was in fact a sales pitch, I would not do business with this company. Additionally, I have seen other posts where people have had similar experiences, which simply reinforces my decision. I do want to mention, this review is more about the involvement of Epic Journeys as a third party representative of Arrivia. Toni G of Arrivia did immediately respond to my concerns and was kind to address. However, being that Epic Journeys is a representative, I cannot eliminate my review as there should still be some responsibility held by Arrivia.

I attended a 45-minute travel presentation hosted via Zoom, where participants were promised a 5-day cruise voucher in exchange for attending. The process included verifying personal information before the presentation, with the requirement to remain on camera and microphone throughout. After the presentation and a personalized sales pitch, I was transferred to the "gifting" department to confirm my email for voucher delivery—but I never received it. After researching reviews, it’s clear this is a recurring issue. Arrivia deflects responsibility, blaming a third-party travel provider, yet continues to partner with them. This raises serious concerns about Arrivia’s integrity and business practices. Based on my experience, I would not recommend engaging with this company.
