Just another airline customer service failure and no help. Front staff doesn't want to help solve their problems and instead refers to 1-800 numbers. You guys could have done it but typical trash American labor - pun intended. Now today they just checked a single ticket to ASIA to Dallas only......what a mess. Your counter is incompetent. Do your job - you can fit 4 airports on a bag. Lazy and untrained.

Another excellent trip to and from LEX on AA! They have quick flights from LEX to CLT, where you can catch a flight nearly anywhere. The staff here at LEX was very friendly and the FAs were great, both coming in and departing. The planes were clean and very nice too! It’s a quick flight from here to CLT, which was comfy and had a great pilot who kept us informed along the way. Highly recommend AA!

Well, first off, you all made it really clear to me that being a loyal Advantage member who frequently purchases upgrades doesn't mean anything. My plane had a maintenance delay in which we weren't hardly informed about. At least a 30-minute delay. I had to run for 10 minutes in slides across busy Charlotte Airport from gate A to D. When I get there, they shut the door. Now I'm stuck in another city for the night with no clothes and will miss work because the next flight out wasn't until 10 the next day. I arrived back at the airport to fly out, and I checked with the staff to ensure my bags were OK. They assured me my bags would be on the plane. Well, it wasn't, and another day of work was missed. 2 days later, my bag shows up. Maybe I should be loyal to another airline

Delays, delays, rebooking, missed connections, and very rude customer 'service'. AA should replace the miserable, unhelpful, rude employees at O'Hare carte blanche. AA = Absolutely Avoid.

I booked a flight for my wife and I on March 7 to go to Miami for a anniversary. The flight was NOT non refundable at booking. But I'm told it's nonrefundable but they can't show me it's nonrefundable. My confirmation doesn't read nonrefundable. It's reads flights booked April 1 or after is nonrefundable. But I booked our flight March 7th. Don't use AA.com or American Airlines.
