We had the misfortune of a cancelled flight last nite and had to drive the last leg to San Antonio due to time constraints. The American app did a great job tracking our bags and we were greeted this morning at the baggage service office by two friendly agents ready to help. I know if you have to go to baggage service it’s rarely for good reasons, but remember the people who work there didn’t create the problem, they are trying to solve the problem.

Dropping off lanes were a mess and very hard to get to the airline drop off luggage area. When I was there not one person who should have been in the parked were parked correctly so I made the outer lanes blocked and hard to move to get where they were going. The signs were clear though so you knew where to go and it was easy to leave once you dropped off whoever was going to the airport

American airlines more for people of color with any airline it's about results American airlines could amend their forward operations this airline spends more money into San Antonio than any airline. Overall their pilots are very kind some people might not like American airlines operations but their gate agents usually very kind. If your flying through Dallas with luggage with AA don't expect it to make it or be in one piece. Biggest hubs in the nation your luggage is just another bag.

To the staff on duty at 1pm in San Antonio on June 19th 2024 you were amazing. As well as the flight crew flying San Antonio to Philadelphia that day at 1pm. Everyone was kind and helpful. They allowed my son to go in the cockpit and look at the controls. They were polite and positive and it made this a fantastic experience. Even the baggage check and front desk folks were extremely pleasant and polite. Thank you.

Wonderful experience throughout the trip, all services with flight attendants, all documentation, and when I got back, the most tiring part of my trip, the staff did not let me use the oversize dolly, they didn't help me or use it, they recommended that I pay for one from the airport that did not work for the oversize luggage
